CBT Cognitive Triangles & Journaling

Wanted to share a CBT intervention that I thought was pretty neat. Cognitive triangles can help us organize our thoughts, feelings, and identifying behaviors related to a trigger event. These triangles can also help us step back and process alternative thoughts of behaviors that may help us see things more positively.
