Honoring the Emotional Experience of Others

February 21, 2018 Boonie Sripom
This is something we sometimes don't think about. What is it like when someone experiences something differently than us, yet we tell them to stop feeling or thinking this way? It can be a time to pause and listen to understand where someone is coming from.

This is something we sometimes don't think about. What is it like when someone experiences something differently than us, yet we tell them to stop feeling or thinking this way? Sensitivity & Gentleness as Strength

February 21, 2018 Boonie Sripom
Being gentle and sensitive can be confused with being weak. It is not. Sharing emotion and vulnerability is one of the strongest things a person can do. It may be perceived as weak, but develop that quiet confidence. Don't let misunderstandings change who you are. www.organizedmesses.com

Thoughts on Video Games: Being Childlike, Play, & Children

March 20, 2017 Boonie Sripom
Some thoughts I have at times on how society sees children, how it's okay to hit, and yet at 18 it's not allowed any more. Some attributes we pair with children and play, are associated with stigmas to play video games. It's confusing and intriguing at the same time.

Thoughts on Video Games: Taking Games Away & Loss

March 6, 2017 Boonie Sripom
Games can provide wonderful benefits to our lives. Taking them away without alternative options, or dialogues about what it's like can lead to resentment and difficult times. Some words to share perspective of what it could be like to lose something so important. *I understand excessive gaming can be detrimental to relationships and personal lives.
